Two day cricket camp for ages 11-15

We are delighted to announce that registrations for our Spring Cricket Camp are now open. The camp is open to all aged between 11-15yrs, with hardball experience.

Head of Junior Development Gary Herbert and 2024 Overseas Brayden Hill will lead the coaching. This is a great opportunity to learn from these two great coaches, with great cricket pedigree.

The camp will be run across 28th and 29th May, with options to attend both or just one of the days. Spaces are limited to 20, so please register as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Priority booking will close on April 25th.


Cricket Camp Terms and Conditions

Welcome! We're excited you're interested in our Cricket Camp! These Terms and Conditions outline the expectations for both campers and the Cricket Club. Please read them carefully before registering.

Registration and Payment:

A completed registration form and full payment are required to secure a spot in the camp.
Payment can be made by BACS transfer via the link on the QR code
Registration fees are non-refundable unless due to camp cancellation by the Cricket Club (see "Camp Cancellation" below).
Camp Schedule and Activities:

The camp will run from Tuesday 28th to the Weds 29th May 2024 – 10-3pm each day at Horton House Cricket Club.
A detailed camp schedule with activities will be provided to registered campers.
The Cricket Club reserves the right to adjust the schedule due to unforeseen circumstances.
Campers' Responsibilities:

Campers are expected to arrive on time, dressed appropriately for physical activity, and bring a water bottle and sunscreen.
Respectful behavior towards coaches, staff, and fellow campers is mandatory.
Campers are responsible for their personal belongings.
Following safety instructions and adhering to camp rules is essential.
Refunds:

Cancellations by Camper:
Written notice of cancellation received 3 weeks prior to camp start will be eligible for a 100% refund.
Cancellations received within 1 week of camp start are non-refundable.
Medical emergencies documented with a doctor's note may be considered for exceptions (contact the Cricket Club for details).
Camp Cancellation:
The Cricket Club reserves the right to cancel the camp due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or insufficient enrollment.
In the case of a full camp cancellation by the Cricket Club, a full refund will be issued to registered campers.
The Cricket Club is not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to camp cancellation (e.g., travel arrangements).
Bad Weather:

The Cricket Club will make every effort to run the camp as scheduled, even in light rain.
In the case of severe weather conditions (e.g., thunderstorms, heavy rain) that prevent outdoor activities, alternative indoor activities and theory based activities will be provided if possible.
If the Cricket Club deems it unsafe to continue the camp due to severe weather, a decision will be made, and parents/guardians will be notified to pick up their campers.
Camp fees will not be refunded for camp closures due to severe weather.
Medical Concerns:

Please list any medical concerns or allergies on the registration form.
The Cricket Club is not responsible for the administration of medication. If your child requires medication during camp, please discuss arrangements with the camp director.
Photography and Video Release:

The Cricket Club may take photos and videos during the camp for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish for your child's image to be used, please notify the Cricket Club in writing.
Liability:

The Cricket Club assumes no liability for lost or damaged personal belongings.
The Cricket Club carries accident insurance for campers. Details of the coverage will be provided upon registration.
Acceptance:

Registering for the Cricket Camp signifies your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
