Monday saw us make the trip to our friends at ONs knowing that only a win would do.

Oli B-S won the toss and elected to bat which was a good job as traffic had taken its toll on a few of the players travel arrangements! Openers Gurshaan (34no) and Harry (30no) set about the ONs attack scoring freely to all parts of the uneven outfield. With both openers retiring not out, Eashaan (31no) and Oli B-S (33no) continued the onslaught with some big hits and positive running. The innings was closed out by Jeremy (15no) and Jai (13no) with the final total a formidable 183-2.

In response, Manpreet (4-9) bowled with pace and excellent lines to snare 3 of the top 4 batsmen. He was well backed up by Charlie (2-26) who bowled his niggly medium pacers to great effect. Tight bowling from Jacob (1-6), Jai (0-21) and Alex (1-3) ensured a comprehensive victory by 108 runs.

A professional performance from the lads bodes well for sterner challenges to come.
