The u12's visited our friends at Heyford and batted first on a cold evening.
Harvey continued his excellent early season with 13, Krish with three massive fours on his way to 13 and Salaar with a four off the last ball to reach 10 helped the team to 123 -3 off their 16 overs. Scoring was never easy with Heyford sending down 32 extras, long grass in the outfield and not the best pitch.
Heyford played valiantly in their innings to chase down the Horton score but lost wickets at regular intervals. Henry led the way with 2 wickets and the outstanding Anunay pitching up with his usual tight bowling restricting the home team to 103-6.
Horton winning overall by 20 runs.
So that two wins out of two now for the u12's with the next three matches all being tough ones. The season will be defined over the next three weeks.
